In SD On-Prem version 24.4.1-1703, the configuration rollback feature for SRX devices is not operational. When a user navigates to Device Management → Devices → [Select SRX] → More → Configuration Version, selects a previous configuration, and clicks Rollback, no action is initiated. The system does not generate any job, and the rollback operation does not execute. This behavior is specific to the 24.4 On-Prem release.

When attempting to perform a configuration rollback on an SRX device within the SD On-Prem GUI:

1. Navigate to:
2. Device Management → Devices → Select SRX → More → Configuration Version
3. Select any previous configuration under Configuration Versions
4. Click Rollback

Observed behavior:

• Nothing happens after clicking Rollback
• No job is created
• No rollback action is triggered

This is a known defect in the 24.4 On-Prem release. The problem has been fixed in the 25.2.0 release.

Upgrade the SD On-Prem deployment to version 25.2.0 or later where the configuration rollback feature is fully functional.
