In some cases, existing NAT policies may not appear in Security Director On-Prem after device onboarding or adoption.

• NAT policies are missing from the SD-OnPrem Graphical User Interface
• Policies do not appear in the expected configuration sections after device onboarding.

To identify and resolve the issue, follow these steps:

1. Confirm previous functionality

• Verify that NAT policies were visible and functioning correctly before the issue occurred.

2. Check the automatic policy import during onboarding:

• After onboarding or adopting the device in SD-OnPrem, NAT and Security policies should be imported automatically.
• Navigate to Administration > Jobs page and search for the auto-importconfig job. Confirm that the job status is Success.
• If the policies were not imported, try removing and re-onboarding the device in SD-OnPrem. This process should trigger the automatic import of NAT and Security Policies.
