Technology: SD-WAN

SSR Cluster was build under a staging site. Once done, the devices were shipped to production site.

In the MIST UI the device was remapped to production Site.

Node1 of the cluster is in disconnect state in the MIST UI.

From PCLI, show mist show device is UP and unassigned.

The device ID or mac ID in the show mist output is all zeros.

MIST cloud connection from the device us broken.

Ping from Linux shell to public internet fails.

DNS resolution is failing.

Review the kernel routing using the command ip r

Ensure internet connection from Linux shell is available and working.
