https://xml.juniper.net/dmi/repository/trunk/

This article provides guidance on how to access the repository and troubleshoot common login problems.

Symptoms

  • Unable to log in to the DMI Repository using Juniper Support credentials.

  • Login prompt does not accept valid credentials.

Solution

1. Use Correct Credentials:

Ensure you are using your Juniper Customer Support Center (CSC) credentials (username and password) when prompted. These are the same credentials used to access the Juniper Support Portal.

2. Access via Junos Space GUI:

You can also access the DMI Repository through the Junos Space Platform GUI:

3. Proxy Configuration:

If your network uses a proxy server, ensure the proxy settings are correctly configured on the Junos Space server to allow outbound connections.

For additionl information and troubleshooting guidance, refer to the following article: https://supportportal.juniper.net/s/article/Junos-Space-FAQ-on-DMI-Schema

4. DNS Settings:

Verify that DNS settings on your network and Junos Space server are correctly configured. Incorrect DNS resolution can prevent successful repository access.

Nota: If you are using Junos Space 24.1R5 or later versions, please refer to https://www.juniper.net/documentation/us/en/software/junos-space26.1/junos-space-workspaces/topics/task/dmi-schema-repos-configuring.html

If login issues persist after verifying the above, we recommend opening an Admin case with Juniper Customer Care. They can assist with verifying or resetting your credentials.
