Conductor Based upgrade of SSR 120 Devices fails. The upgrade is initiated from the UI, however the upgrades bails out without any error in the UI.

While attempting to upgrade the device, the download starts but after some time it shows “Disconnected.” It then reconnects, but the device continues to run on the previous version.

Login to the Conductor and run the following command from the shell.

install128t repo authenticate -u <username> -t <token>

Ensure the above command is completed without any errors.

Once completed, start the upgrade workflow from the router
