The technology OpenSSL version 1.0.0l associated with the path C:\Program Files\IBM\WinCollect\bin\ssleay32.dll has been End-of-Life since 2019-12-31

The Problem reported with the OpenSSL library will be solved in Wincollect 10 only, there are no updates expected for Wincollect 7.x versions. 

The plans for Wincollect 10 are to move to the Long Term Support (LTS) stream for OpenSSL, which is 3.5. The EOL for the 3.5 stream is April 8, 2030. More details on this information can be found here:

Regarding Wincollect 7 and ssleay32.dll file specifically, there are no plans to upgrade.
