Prerequisite steps while Dell software upgrade on a Lanner box running Juniper SSR

Solution

Note- Dell software upgrade needs to be performed during a MW.


1.Save system and node information , (collect TSI on the required router).

2.Ensure HA redundancy is healthy

3.System software version and interface status.

4.Gracefully shut down the SSR node being upgraded

 

And then perform the Dell firmware upgrade.
