This KB article documents what is supported with vLWC

Solution

Virtual LWC (vLWC) is supported by Engineering based on the latest vLWC version. As of the writing of this KB article (10/7/2025), officially supported versions of vLWC include vLWC 3.0 and higher.

 

For all vLWC cases, regarding setting up or restoring cloud connectivity, the first step is to ensure the vLWC 3.0 is running.

 

This can be quickly checked, by looking at the vLWC serial number. You can also look at the ova file name.

  • If the last 3 digits are less than 400, it's an old image version
