The article explains why ports doesn't come up on PTX10002-36QDD with the optic QSFP28-DD-2X100GBASE-LR.

Note: The issue applies to prior to SW Versions 24.4R2, please check with the JTAC if your version is impacted or not. 

100g ports doesn't come up or one of the 100g port comes up, while the other remaining down.

The issue happens, when

1. Ports were configured
2. Optics were inserted later.

So to avoid/workaround the issue, please

1. Insert the optics first
2. Configure the ports later.
3. If there is a existing config already on the router, please delete the config before inserting the optic QSFP28-DD-2X100GBASE-LR.
4. The issue applicable only to QSFP28-DD-2X100GBASE-LR on PTX10002-36QDD
