This article provides instructions on how to track your Return Material Authorization (RMA) using the UPS SCS Tracking Site. This is intended for customers who received a tracking link: https://scstracking.ups.com/spl/

When a replacement part is shipped, the system automatically sends an email notification to the customer. This email includes both the tracking number and a direct link to the UPS SCS tracking portal, allowing you to monitor the shipment’s progress in real time. 

To track your shipment, use the following UPS SCS tracking link: https://scstracking.ups.com/spl/ 

Important: This tracking method is applicable only to RMAs that include the above UPS SCS tracking URL in the notification email.

You will receive an email with a subject line that follows this format:
[RMA Notice] - R200000000 Item# 100 - Country - Theater - Associated Case 2025-1001-000000 - Replacement Part Shipped - This subject line helps you quickly identify that the email pertains to a shipped replacement part related to your RMA request. Inside the email, you will find the tracking number and a link to the UPS SCS tracking site.

 How to track your RMA shipment in UPS SCS 

To track your shipment, follow these steps:

1. Locate the email with the subject line indicating that a replacement part has been shipped.
2. Copy the Tracking Number, within the body of the email, find and copy the tracking number provided.
3. Navigate to UPS SCS tracking website. No login credentials are required to access this site.
4. On the Track a Service Parts Logistics Order page, ensure that the Search By dropdown is set to SPL Order #. Paste the tracking number into the search field and click Track to proceed.

How to get the proof of delivery (POD) details in UPS SCS

Once you click Track, the system will display a detailed tracking page that outlines the shipment’s journey. This includes key information such as:

• Service Level: Local Courier Standard
• Shipped Date: September 29, 2025, at 10:57 CST
• Actual Delivery Date: September 30, 2025, at 09:06 CST
• Destination Address: Beijing, China
• Time Zone: All activity feed times are in Destination Time (CST)

Important: To ensure that the dates displayed are showing in the recipient's time zone, select Change Activity Feed times to Destination Time. 

Understanding Shipment Status and Milestones 

A blue status bar will show the most recent status; in this sample it confirms the shipment is IN TRANSIT with an ETA of October 08, 2025 13:16 IST.

To view the progress of a UPS shipment, expand the Milestone Tracker to see each event from creation to delivery. Click the + icon to expand. 

• CREATED – Shipment label has been created, but UPS hasn’t received the package yet.
• BOOKING – Shipment details are confirmed, awaiting pickup or processing.
• WAREHOUSE – Package is at a UPS facility for sorting.
• PICKUP READY – Package is ready for UPS to collect.
• IN TRANSIT – Package is moving through the UPS network.
• DELIVERED – Package has arrived at its destination and was received.
