The KB article describes a scenario wherein the Partner accounts are unable to approve / view / reject the RCS requests submitted by JTAC for the End Customer accounts
The partner accounts receive the email regarding the RCS request submitted by the end customer but when they click on the email, they receive a Permission Denied error.
The partner accounts are already a part of the end customer accounts and they have the roles of Super Admin, Admin and RCS Operator. When JTAC submits a RCS request, the partners receive the email for the RCS request but they are neither able to view or approve any of the RCS requests related to the end customer accounts.
The code change has been made to allow the partner accounts with Super Admin, Admin and RCS operator roles who are a part of the end customer's JSI connected account to view and approve the RCS requests submitted for the end customer's devices which are JSI connected.
