EX4100 disconnected from MIST portal after power outage

++ Both switches in VC went disconnected on the MIST portal after the power outage

root@EX4100-VC> show system connections | grep 2200

<shows no connection on port 2200>

++ no connection to MIST portal 

++ VC is up , able to ping gateway, ping to 8.8.8.8 works fine 

++ fpc 0 is master / fpc1 is backup 

++ no connection to MIST still

++ no firewall in the path

++ We tried to do deactivate and activate of mist client to disable pyagent and run with 443 JMA but it did not help

++ finally we tried to make them standalone switches, zeroise both and once they are connected on the MIST make them VC by connecting stack cables

++ everything looks good and both switches show connected as a VC on the MIST portal
