This article explains the scenario where after upgrading Paragon Automation to a higher version, the UI does not the license installed.

You need to upload the license again on the PA to have the UI come up properly and be able to use all the features of the PA

This is as per design that the license is not taken as part of the backup on Paragon Automation and hence is not upgraded while the Paragon Automation is upgraded.

You need to upgrade to the higher version and then install the same licenses again on the UI.
