Unable to access the current SSR version and unable to perform a firmware upgrade in production environment in MIST
New box upgrade failed with error:
Text : firmware download timed out
Model : SSR120
Reason : OC FWUPDATE TIMEOUTDETECTED
This is a bug in the new Ash release caused by 5.4.4 having an old version of d2t. Initial testing shows that the template works as expected in 6.3.4 but it fails on the older version i.e. 5.4.4.9.
A new ASH version has been deployed to resolve this issue and the firewall upgrade completes successfully since the new ASH version was deployed
