Description

Issue 1:
In the Conductor GUI, the graphs for “Bandwidth” and “Number of Sessions” for secondary node HA cluster stops displaying

Issue 2:

Missing Node Data (see attached picture)– Tables from Bandwidth / Session Count and Network Interfaces details

 

Symptoms

Issue 1:
In conductor based deployments, randomly graphs for “Bandwidth” and “Number of Sessions” for router nodes stops working.

The issue is specific to these statistics only and is not effecting the other reports.

Issue 2:

Missing Node Data - Tables from Bandwidth / Session Count and Network Interfaces details 

The issue is specific to these statistics only and is not effecting the other reports.

Solution

Issue 1:

Login to the shell of the impacted router as root and run the command "systemctl restart Dredd.service"

 

Issue 2:
 
Look for the bellow config snippet and disable it if is enabled:
config authority router Router-007 system audit traffic enabled true
config authority router Router-007 system audit traffic persist true <<<< audit traffic events are enabled and persisted.
 
It’s alright to enable them for use with syslog etc., but persistence should never ben enabled for traffic events on a production system.
