Description

This article explains the issue wherein the same file from the RCS is getting uploaded on the case every 2 and 4 hours.

Symptoms

The same file (whether RSI or log collection file) keeps on getting uploaded to the case every 2 hours and then 4 hours.

This issue is particular to RCS and the dashboard.

Solution

The fix for this issue has been deployed in the deployment of Aug 18, 2025.
