In MIST UI, site is configured with Secure connector connection using zscaler provider but is in disconnect state

In MIST UI, the secure connection is in disconnected state with error AUTHENTICATION_FAILED

Check the following

1. Validate configuration setting by comparing both MIST UI secure connector setting versus the zscaler cloud setting.
2. Check configuration of sub-locations and username.
3. Check for any NAT Traversal rejection behaviour.
