While attempting to add new subscriptions to Juniper Security Director On-Prem (JSD-OP), the following error message appears in the jobs report:

"Provided SSRN <SSRN-Value> already exist."

• Error message: "Provided SSRN <SSRN-Value> already exists."
• Unable to add additional licenses with the same SSRN.
• Unable to remove active subscriptions.

Security Director On-Prem and Security Director Cloud do not support multiple license key installation under same SSRN. This behavior is by design.

To proceed, you should ideally have one of the following:

• A single license that covers the total required quantity, 
• Or multiple licenses, each with a unique SSRN.

To resolve the issue, please open an Admin case with the Customer Care team and request a license file with a different SSRN.
