When attempting to access certificate services on GUI the following error comes up.

pki-service subsystem is not responding to management requests

Also, previously configured certificate appears to have been replaces with a system generated certificate in the configuration files.

Already rebooted firewall, issue still happening after reboot.

Also having issue with web-management service needing to be restarted.

• When attempting to access certificate services on GUI the following error comes up: pki-service subsystem is not responding to management requests
• Previously configured certificate gets replaced with a system generated certificate in the configuration files.
• Reboot does not help.
• Restarting web-management-service does not help.

This issue happens when the SRX DNS is not able to resolve domains, configuring the DNS to work will solve the issue.
