Network-Admin user is unable to access the Firmware Upgrade tool to schedule upgrades from the Organization Settings.

• Admin users cannot access Firmware Upgrade tool to schedule upgrades from the Organization Settings.
• Only super-user can access it.

I was doing some testing about Mist Administrators access, and found out that "Network Admins" don't have access to Organization -> Settings, only "Super Users".

However, Network-Admin users can use the Firmware upgrade tool from here: Organization -> Site Configuration -> <Select Site> -> Firmware Upgrade -> Switches -> add upgrade.
