Symptoms

  • Running on the version 21.4R3-S9.5.
  • Able to get limited J-Web access without installing any application package.
  • If we install application package 21.4A1.1/A2, getting bad gateway error.

Solution

In version 21.4R3-S9, the system utilizes PHP 8.2.10, which requires the application package 21.4A3. Therefore, it is recommended to upgrade J-Web to version 21.4A3 to ensure compatibility. After the upgrade, J-Web is functioning as expected.
