Description

In some scenarios, Post juju Contrail Upgrade, the ZIU information of the contrail-agents may not get updated to controller. These errors are seen in such scenarios.

unit-contrail-controller-<X>: 07:58:58 INFO unit.contrail-controller/X.juju-log ZIU: stage is not ready: rel=contrail-controller:X unit=contrail-agent/Y value=None

Symptoms

Contrail juju upgrade stuck in Maintenance.

Solution

For that specific agent/compute, where the error message is seen, we can re-trigger the agent upgrade using juju run-action command (juju run-action contrail-agent/Y upgrade) and that should correct the status.
