User is unable to get new QA code for 2FA

Need to follow below steps to get new QA code.

Step 1: Disable 2FA by re-directing below page

Administration- > Two-Factor Authentication -> disable

Step 2: Once you receive email confirmation of disabling 2FA then enable it back

Step 3: Post logout and logging back on SD Cloud UI, it will prompt with new QR code.

To set up your two-factor authentication for a new device or different authenticator, scan the QR code using any authenticator app on your mobile. After that user can login with 2FA on SD cloud.

2FA can be disabled per tenant/org basis and its not user specific by design.

Q) How to get new QR code for 2FA when user is changing authenticator app or new mobile phone.

Ans: End user has to do forget password, that will force to reset password and register the new QR code again. Forget password equal to change the mobile auth app or new cellphone and it will also change the actual SDC password from end user perspective.
