SSR Peer paths fail to start if duplicate WAN interface IP is configured.

Setting interface as down on duplicate WAN IP does not prevent the problem.

Ensure you do not have the same WAN IP address assigned to 2 interfaces. (For interfaces not configured as aggregate or Redundant)
