This article explains the issue where the physical and logical interface reports are empty for the JSI under Dashboard.

Symptoms

The physical and logical interface reports are empty for the JSI under Dashboard.

Even under Reports >> Physical Interfaces or Logical Interfaces reports show blank for all the interfaces.

All other data is getting populated.

Solution

This issue will be fixed in the deployment planned for 31st July, 2025.
