This article explains the issue wherein the RCS request fails to upload a the collected file to the case.

The error message seen in this case is as follows which can be seen under RCS Dashboard.

"The request to copy the file '<file-name>' was unsuccessful due to insufficient file access permissions."

The issue here is the permissions provided to the user defined on the JSI to collect the data from the devices.

The file permissions needs to be done as per the document mentioned here.

Please correct the file permissions and try with another RCS request and it will go through.
