In some rare scenarios we noticed that QFX10k went down. This KB is to capture behaviour noticed on the device based on the logs and possible next steps we can take to overcome this.

These logs indicates possible hardware failure in ASIC, SerDes, or signal integrity path. Exact trigger for this is unknown. However this can be triggered due to electrical failures (this can be checked). However if the device is down and failing to get operational we can proceed with RMA’ing the device.
