Multiple vulnerabilities in libexpat and OpenSSL have been resolved in the Juniper Networks Steel-Belted Radius (SBR) Carrier AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting) server by upgrading libxpat from version 2.2.9 to 2.4.8 and by upgrading OpenSSL from version 1.1.1m to 1.1.1o for 64-bit Solaris and Linux.
