Problem
Formerly, the Juniper SIRT sent email alerts for every published PSN security bulletin. In an effort to improve our customers' experience, the Juniper SIRT has begun generating an alert for one single PSN containing pointers to the other items in the associated security bulletin bundle. This new process results in fewer email messages in our customers' mailboxes, and the single alert can be dispatched more quickly, which results in faster, earlier notification.
Solution
As part of the process change described above, the Juniper SIRT has published the following four security advisories to entitled customers:
PSN-2012-08-686: Juniper SIRT Security Advisory: NSM Products: Multiple OpenSSH Vulnerabilities
PSN-2012-08-687: Juniper SIRT Security Advisory: NSM Products: Multiple PostgreSQL Vulnerabilities
PSN-2012-08-688: Juniper SIRT Security Advisory: NSM Products: Linux Kernel TCP Sequence Number Generation Issue
PSN-2012-08-689: Juniper SIRT Security Advisory: NSM Products: Multiple Java JDK/JRE Vulnerabilities
Please refer to the above links for more information about each security advisory.
